Phillee is the responcible captain of the Ankaa -- though you might not gues sit from the way she sometimes acts. She's the one who normally tells Melody and Alri to shut up and get to work -- though nicer than that. She's also the compassionate one, and will refuse to see anything -- sentient or nonsentient -- be harmed. Though she may be the nice one, she also has a roguish sense of humor, and will give Melody or Alri a hard time if she thinks they are being irrational. She tends to be rather happy-go-lucky and easygoing in general and often acts like she;s had a bit too much caffine.
Before she joined the crew, Philee was a doctor in private practice, specializing in neurology. She was also Melody's psionics teacher and adoptive mother. She knew Riki as one of Melody's friends, and, in general, tends to be the peacemaker on the Ankaa
Fun Fact: I once compared Phillee to a mix between Excel (Excel Saga) and Washu (Tenchi Muyo). But now that I think about it, she also has elements of Ken Sanada (Dual!), Sana's mother (Kodocha) with a special non-anime reference to Nanny Ogg (Terry Pratchett's Discworld books)
